It's Coldplay in Indianapolis!!

We did the coolest thing the other night. We attended the best concert of the century. I'm serious. I'm not that much of a concert goer, but people I know who go all the time said that this concert was probably the best they'd ever seen.

We saw Coldplay at Verizon Music Center on Friday night. It was amazing and awesome!! We ended up sitting with the Falk/Judd and Turner/Sawyer clan(s). We danced and sang and had a great time listening to this incredibly talented group. Be a Coldplay fan -- it's definitely worth it.

Colin said that he's never going to another concert again because he doesn't want it to spoil his impression and feelings about this one. :) Shannon and I scored with high marks by surprising him with the tickets for his 21st bday. At any rate, it was the best way to wrap up Summer of 05.

Here are some pictures from the event:

Concert Goers

"Yellow" (the song that made them famous in the United States)

I would still recommend the band "Third Day" if you would like to hear another performance by a band that's not going to ruin your ears. They are by far the best Christian band I have ever heard, leaving me, a lifetime Christian, questioning my level of commitment. They are unbelievable as Christians, and yet their music is lively to hear. If you go and see them, you will be changed in your walk. I was.
